Chris is a southwestern Pennsylvania native, having been born and raised in Washington County. After graduation from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988, Chris began the first part of his professional journey working for various insurance companies and third party claims administrators in various roles centered around the processing and administration of workers’ compensation claims.

Chris had initially begun his career as an entry level claim’s assistant, claims adjuster, and ultimately a claims manager where he would oversee the entire day to day operations of a claims team for a Pittsburgh office of a major commercial insurance company. During that time, Chris continued his educational path by obtaining an Associate in Claims designation through the Insurance Institute of America. More importantly, while working in the insurance and claims industries, Chris was able to recognize and empathize with those individuals who were injured on the job or through some other mishap caused by the negligence of others. It was during this time that Chris made a decision to enter law school with a commitment to depart from the insurance industry to dedicate the remaining years of his career to assist those who have been injured.

Chris entered the Duquesne University School of Law in 1999 and during his time in school, he accepted a law clerk position with a law firm that represented people who have been injured either through some fault of a third party or while on the job. In 2003, after graduating from law school in at the top of his class, Chris remained at the law firm where he was clerking, and accepted a position as an associate attorney. Chris was then armed with the knowledge and insight acquired during his run in the insurance field, which he now puts to good use advocating for the rights of those who have been injured.

Please feel free to contact Chris to discuss any questions you may have regarding your injuries and legal rights.
